This same power of God is available for you.

if you want this power it is available for you any time and any day, but you must thirst for it, as a dear thirst for the water.
if you thirst for it, the price for it will be a trivia thing for you.
one of the price is that you must stay away from sin, and cling to hiness and righteousness and live a prayerful life.
note this: it is one thing to have this power and another thing to build a strong relationship with the one that gives this power, liberally.
Act 1:8 says, "and you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit is come upon you" the presence of the Holy Spirit guarantees power, because he is the sour e and carrier of God's power.
in fact, he is the power of God.
 when you are into deep and intimate relationship with him, then you are connected with the source and fountain of all powers.
with these, power will flow from and through you naturally.
